Recruitment Process

- Job Offer: Upon successful completion of the previous steps, the hiring manager and Human Capital Resources will collaborate to extend a formal job offer to the selected candidate. The offer will include details such as position title, salary, benefits, and start date.
- Acceptance and On-boarding: The candidate will be required to sign an employment agreement and complete necessary on-boarding procedures before commencing employment.
